Message Replying To From Yuna, Age 16 Today: 157 lb - Okay. okay. Oookay. I just started, and I think I have a good food plan thing going on. First of all, I don't eat meat, so that takes out a lot of the fat. Here's my diet plan, please tell me if it's good. Breakfast-One cup of milk, and either one or two apples (big) or oranges (small). Lunch-Carrot and celery sticks, an orange, or an apple & water. Dinner-cooked vegtables and some sort of protein replacement like tofu. Anyways, I'm like, 157 or something like that right now. I'm going to California with my band in the spring, and I'd really like to wear something flattering for my boyfriend, who's really cute (and tall ^_^) I have no idea what he sees in me, and I want to get thinner for him, and for me. |
