Message Replying To From Garfireld, Age 12 WOW! This is a great diet. Lots of people say eat only veggie. No,it isn't healthy. Drink a TON of water! Cut all your food in half. Eat veggies for snacks, or dont even have snacks. Choose salad at school but if you do not have salad as a choice cut it in half. It works! ~Bye~ |
