Message Replying To From Renny, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Today: 148 lb - Hey! I'm 13 years old 5'5 and 148 pounds. I used to exercise 3x a week for 30 minutes but I read somewhere that it actually better to exercise 6x a week for 15 minutes because after 15 minutes the exercise has less and less an effect on ur body. Any one have any aerobic execise ideas please post. I'm mostly into the treadmill but i do some exercises wiht light weights 3x a week. |
