Ht. 5'4", Start: 172 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - well i wiegh about 168 pounds and i NEED to lose wieght about 40 pounds i want to end up around 125 in average.I am also 5'4, I am doing leg lifts crunches curl ups, wieght lifting and push ups to do the trick i was 172 so i lost about 4 lbs since about a week ago. okay i havent reached my goal yet but i would like to reach it by september and if any of you have any info on some ways or tricks TELL me please.I also wanted to know about dietary supplements will they help me i am 14.
