Ht. 5'4", Today: 145 lb - Hey! Im 5'4 145 pounds. I started exercising and eatin right about a week ago and i have lost five pounds. I have been doin weight lifting (5pounds) and crunchs but im havin trouble staying on course cause im not sure im workin all the right places. Please tell me of any good videos (not to expensive) that you have used that have worked for you. Thanx in advance.
