Message Replying To From Melanie, Age 12 Hey! I need to ask you guys something. I have just started a new exercise plan ( one I can stay on) and I was wondering if its to much to be doing. (I got a couple exercises from something someone posted.) I exercise my glutes about 4 times a week, tummy about 3-4 times a week, highs about 3-4 times a week, cavles about 3-4 times a week, and walk at LEAST 3-4 times a week. I also eat healthy, drink lots a water and don't big poritions. Do you think its to much? Should I do less? Or does it depend? Thanks for your help! Should you exercise when your sick? |
