Start: 210 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Ok, so I've got down from about 210lbs to 145ish in the last 6 months. I have hardly any rolls now, which is good and I'm feeling happy about my weight. I want to tone up a bit now and get down to about 130-135, but it's kinda difficult when you don't have as much weight to lose. Anyone got any ideas fer me to lose those final 10-15lbs? All I can say is I eat about 1000cals a day, and I swim everyday. I have to walk to school fer 2miles, then back and; I do weights and I play rugby every weekend! I really don't see why I'm not losing much anymore, so If anyone can suggest anything or explain. Either reply to this thread or my e-mail address is twitch@icantfeelmylegs.com. Thanks...
