As requested and due to popular demand (wtf!), I'll add wut I've done as a dieting programme:Basically, I've cut down dramatically on all the fatty foods like chips and things; instead I go on more of an organic sort of theme and cut myself down to 1000calories a day at the most. Drinking water and eating vegetables is quite good too.Then, it's mainly exercise. I have to walk 4 miles a day to get to and from school, and then afterwards I always go swimming for about 2-3hours. I do weights as well, in the mornings. At the weekends I play rugby, and go out normally like all of my friends. And on sunday I try cycling.The trick is to keep being motivated and be strong enough to say no to any food that's irregular to my diet. Then, it's exercise a lot!
