Ht. 5'7", Start: 178 lb, Today: 150 lb - Hayes Man here. Remember how I said I went from 5'6 178 to 5'7 155?. Well, now I'm down to 150 and I didn't do a thing but lift weights. I'm back on the running now and even though I didn't even want to, I'm under 152 for States this Friday. If a former couch potato like me can eat a large pizza and still be on weight the next morning, then anyone can as long as they exercize it off.
