If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From VolleyBallPlayer, Age 16 Ht. 6'0", Today: 154 lb, Goal: 149 lb - Hi i'm male, 6'0 and 154 lbs., but not alot of muscle. I just want to lose about 5 pounds worth of fat while continuing to workout 5 times a day during afterschool practices to build more muscle. Any tips would be great, I would REALLY appreciate any kind of reply. Thanks! |
