hey every1 its me again! so tell me if this is good and will help me lose weight. breakfast: nuttin because i never eat breakfast so i will jus have water /lunch: 1 sandwhich(jus bologna),water,orange /supper: carrots, salad, water, and maybe an apple or orange and i will be exercizin a lot plz reply and tell me if u think it will work thank plz REPLY!!!!!!
