Message Replying To From Taylor, Age 14 Hey myra. To lose my poundage: I jog every mornin 4 15-20 minutes. I do push up and sit-ups before bed. I've also done some step areobics from the 90's (corny, yes, i kno.) but it works!!! Wake up 30 minutes earlier that normally do and go and jog.TTYL |
