If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Jme, Age 14 Hey everyone!! For the last couple weeks my weight's been constant (which is better than gaining, of course) But I've been doing the same exersize/diets as always. I think I need a new way of working out. I don't do much in the way of physical activity, so I was hoping to get some ideas. Anyone know some good exersizes? I do arobics for thirty minuets three days a week, but I know it's not enough...I'd be grateful for any replys. |
