Today: 124 lb, Goal: 110 lb - hey i am 13 f i walk or run or do something along that line everyday... i also exersice... today me and my friends went out from 10-11 walked ran played basketball fought ..( like fight fight with guys and girls) played football and that ... i weight 124 and i want to get down to 100-110 soon... please help i have not eat anything besides a penut butter sandwich.. and a lil piece of pizza thanks please help me
