Message Replying To From Rutha, Age 18 Ht. 5'9", Start: 148 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey every. I am now 175 lbs, i used to be 148, i gained so much. LOL. well anyways, i have an identical twin sister and we both look like were the same weight but i wiegh 175 and she weighs 155, A BIG DIFFERENCE. But i am trying to lose wieght because i don't want to get fat and become the fat sister and people can easily tell us apart, that would be sad, right now we wear the same size clothes, i am tall though, i'm 5'9 i want to go down to 130, i think that's perfect for me. My older sister, she is 23 used to wiegh 265 now she's 192, she went waay down! I know i can lose the weight but i keep saying goodbye to everything i enjoy eating, i can't torture myself like that anymore. I am too pretty for that. My b/f keeps saying im thin and hot but i keep saying to myself if i keep eating i wont be lol. OK anyways, i know i can do it. My advice is eat fruits for about 2 weeks, any fruit you want, but not too much now. I usually eat grapes. After those 2 weeks then you can eat fat free pringle chips(they have that now). Then you will eat that for a week and then slowly get into the habbit of eating whatever you usually eat but in a small small amount, i mean small. Because if you eat alot then your body will want more and you will start stuffing all in your mouth like a pig.HA! My older sister did her diet like that and lost all that weight in 2 months, but every is not the same so it might be faster or slower. I know i can do it, i lost weight before but then gained it back on becuase i became too relaxed.
