Hey guys!!!!!! I know this sounds stupit but I want to no. Sometimes I can't get outside to walk for some reason like weather or whatever and then I walk inside. I walk/jog in place for the same amount of time as if I was outside. Do you think this is just as good???????? Because I only do this if i can't go outside. Is it better then not exercising at all??????? Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!1
