Message Replying To From videl, Age 16 Ht. 5'6", Today: 158 lb - ok you guys im starting my diet on monday all i have to do is eat no more than 600 calories a day ( fruit,veggies, turkey,cereal.milk,) and burning away 500 calories 250 by walking 50 minutes 100 by 10 min of jumprope and 1/2 hour of dancing by myself so hah 100 and i hope that by june ill lose 50 pounds what do you guys think ? im 158 pounds 5'6 |
