If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Faith, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Today: 156 lb, Goal: 126 lb - Hey. i wanna lose about 30 pounds b4 summer time..but i dont really know how. has any one had any success with a certain diet? people tell me i am not fat but i feel like i am. i am 5'5 and weigh 156. i wear size 7 in juniors but want to wear a size 1-3. i have muscle from cheerleading and i know that adds to my body weight but i wanna lose the fat. so if you have any good suggestions or diets reply to me ok! thanx! |
