Message Replying To From April, Age 13 Hey Everybody! It's April again and I have some good news! I LOST 8 POUNDS! I'm so excited. I started to eat more healthy food (with help from weight watchers) and meals that will have me not getting urges for snacks in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I started 4/27 and today is 5/2. I'm starting a little exercise routine for myself which includes tredmill, crunchies, and lots and lots of water! I'll keep you guys posted! |
