hey, does any1 no if that cereal diet works where u replace two of ur meals each day with cereal and then eat one regular meal(not that unhealthy of a meal) cuz i only have 21(3 weeks) days left to lose AT LEAST 5 pounds:the pool opens then and im "goin out" wit this really hot guy and i dont want to look chubby which i KINDA am now!!but it will also help me feel more confident in myself and ifind clothes easier!! and kellogs says that it takes to weeks to lose about 4.5-6 pounds!!and ive been doing lunges,crunches,strength training, walking, etc.!!PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS WILL PROBABLY WORK!!!!!thanx soooooo much if u reply!!i really need replys!!!
