Hi honey. Hope things are going well for you. I model and my thin, lean appearance is a must. First of all, try this...*Don't eat at least 3 to 4 hours before you go to bed, that includes anything!*Consume very tiny meals, you should still be hungry after done "eating".*Try to stick with watery foods and/or friuts and veggies!*NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST! Your body will store fat way faster. Hope I helped sweetheart!
