If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From tiffany, Age 13 just to tell u people who want to skip meals and stuff to lose weight, don't. i did for a few days and my mood was so glum and depressing! i didn't want to do anything for the rest of the day! but then i started to eat lunch (cuzz thats the meal i skiped) and i was like the happiest person alive! my mood was alot better! i wanted to do more things and i was alot better off! |
