Message Replying To From Annonymous, Age 0 Hey everyone. I just wanted some quick advie for 'recovering' from a day of piging out--you know, eating ice cream, oatmeal, chocolate, etc and going WAY over a normal calorie limit. Is there any 'recovery' techniques I could do over then ext few dayds to make sure that I don't gain pounds and pounds fro mthis incodent? Thanks guys. |
