Start: 200 lb, Today: 190 lb - Hey all! Well I haven't been on in a while, but I want to get back on track. I am at like 190 now, starting at 200, but I still have a ways to go. For all the beginners out there, don't follow the "Trendy Diets" because they really dont work. Just stop eating all the juck food, and go out and exercise! Trust me it really works! I get out every nice evening and my father and I play a game of basketball. Not only does it give me exercise, but it gives him exercise too. The best way to lose weight is with help from the close people around you. So take my advice, and good luck!
