If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Katiy, Age 14 hey i was wondering if anyone knew a diet that is easy to follow and helps you lose weight. Something that i could follow with things that are probably in my fridge already. I already go to a gym for 40 minutes 5 times a week but now i need to get the eating part down. I would like to lose about 82lbs in 7 months. Please help! thankx- |
