Ht. 5'2", Today: 132 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hi everyone..imi 15 years old, 5 foot 2 and weigh about 132 pounds. i used to be a size 3 and now im a 7-9. i have been looking online for daily meal plans for teens and stuff but im not having any luck. i am in a light weights class and have also started building more muscle. i dont want to gain muscle in my thigh area...they are already big enough. does anyone have any meal plans and exercises that will help me. i want to lose 10-15 pounds!!
