If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From brianna, Age 13 Ht. 5'2", Today: 163 lb, Goal: 143 lb - well it didnt seem that my post came up so i am trying again...i posted yesterday and no one responded to it and i find that very rude..i thought this board was to help people? im a person aint i? i have a weight problem so why dont people help me? anyway im five foot 2 and i weigh 163lbs i would like to lose 20 lbs in a healthy way before school starts....i was wondering if any one had any info on THE SOUTH BEACH DIET? thanks so much!! and i was also wondering if any one try the walk away the pounds 2 mile high calorie burn tape? i have been doing it for a week i havent lost anyweight but my legs are toning up! thanks peace out!! |:-) |
