Become a healthier person with a well balanced and nutritious diet while engaging in a daily workout. SHORT TERM, lose as much weight as possible during the summer and Establish a steady diet/workout plan.I have strong will power however it always helps to have support.Plan: Diet consists mainly of veggies and fruits. Small portion of protein i.e. chicken/fish for nutritional value.
