Hi im carla and i live in the UK (britain) im not here for me but for my sister. she is 17 and really overweight, i checked on the calculator on this site. she has never been really thin but she never was really overweight. over the past 3 years she has really gained weight. I think she was about 168lbs three years ago. she left school last year at 16 and she tryed to get a job but she got bored and gave up, for the past year she just sat around the house and gained loads of weight, im not sure how much But one day i heard her crying from the bathroom and she ran into her room, i looked in the bathroom and the scales had broke, they go up to 266lbs. she must about 300lbs. it really shows because she is about 5ft 2". My mum took her too a doctor who gave her this diet to go on but she couldn't be bothered. she trys to squeeze into my clothes and she looks really stupid. Im about 150lbs, but im 5ft 8" so it is spread out. one time she wemt out in one of my dresses and she stretched and ripped it. im worried about her. all she does is sit around the house and eat. she will go on the bus some nights and come back with loads of fast food and sit in her room and eat it. she doesnt think being overweight is dangerous. ive tryed to tell her but she is really jealous of me and thinks im trying to be horrible to her. she only wears clothes which are two sizes too small and she looks really stupid as they are stretched across her. im pretty sure she is gaining loads of weight. vcan someone help me to help her to lose weight. she wants to take her driving tests but im worried that she is just going to go out to get food, which i heard her say she will. please help me anyone, i need some weight loss tips for her.
