Message Replying To From Melanie, Age 13 Start: 190 lb, Today: 184 lb - Hey! First when I started my exercise program this May/June I weighed 190, by the time school ended I weighed 180 and now that my mom has time we both walk but I have also added so stuff. I go for a 30 min power walk everyday, and do 90 crunchs, 20 leg raises, and 15 push-ups and now I weigh 180-184. I don't know what happened!!!!!Do you think that I have grained muscle from all the walking and stuff? Or maybe when my mom made cookies I ate to many and it made me gain weight. Bi\ut my mom makes the best cookies and they are so hard not to eat. Do you think that if I got a picture of somebody that I want tot look like and put it on my wall would it help with the cravings? I really need the help!!!!I don't want to gain weight, I want to lose it!!!Could somebody help me Please. Thanks. God Bless. |
