Message Replying To From jenny, Age 15 I'm going to try to stick to this diet for a month or two..maybe longer.Breakfast: a bowl of special K and skim milkLunch: a bowl of salad with a little ranch dressingDinner: chicken and broccoli or a healthy choice tv dinnersnacks: apples,peaches,strawberries,celery,carrots,whole fruit popcicles, or any other fruits or veggiesWater:6-10 glassesexercise: i'm going to try to do at least 30 mins of cardio each day..plus streching..maybe tae-bo too.I made up the diet myself (lol as if you couldn't tell).Do you think I can lose like 40-50 lbs on it? how long would it take? thanks..if anyone wants to go on it with me,tell me! |
