If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From lily, Age 13 hey yall i was wondering if i cut all my portions in half drunk nothing but water and did like two hundered crunches and twenty leglifts a night ...plus running on the tredmill 3-4 times a week ...will i lose weight...also....should i put weights on my stomach when i do crunches...my friend said thats a good way to tone up ur stomach is that true? |
