Message Replying To From B, Age 13 Hey! it's me again, and i was just gonna say that to help me with my cravings, i chew gum. It really helps, if u eat sugar or something u always want more, so either eat a little bit and chew gum to get rid of the taste so u're not tempted again, or just chew some gum (sugarless) and it just chew until the craving is gone. It does help. |
