ok, i've been looking up weight loss on the internet, and on every site about fat loss, it says that it is impossible to lose fat with just excersizing. In order to do it u must comsume less than 30 grams of fat per day, do weight training to create muscle, and then 30-60 minutes of cardio to burn fat, and let the muscle show through from the weight training u've done. I've changed my diet and yesterday i only ate 8.5 grams of fat, ran, biked, did a Firm video, and weight training, and i already feel better! so just thought i'd share that with ya
