If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Rini, Age 13 Starting September 9, 2003 I will drink 8 glasses of water a day.I will do at least 30 situps..15 pushups..walk for 30 min. and do myexercise video. Also I will eat breakfast of fruit or sum nutrition thing. I will eat something healthy for lunch like the main meata fruit and a vegetable. I will try to avoid fating junk food. For supper I will try to eat something healthy. And I will eat at least 4 fruits and 4 vegetables a day. I hope I get strong, healthy, and loseweight.! |
