If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Stacey, Age 13 I've felt uncomfortable with my body for the longest time and I decided to never do anything about it.So...yesterday I decided that I would do 100 crunches a day and drink plenty of water. Also I think I am going to try walking with my 5-year-old neighbor. I'm hoping to lose 35 pounds. I want to do this so I can feel better about myself when I go to highschool and to gain self-confidence!! Tell me what you think... |
