Message Replying To From Emily, Age 13 K i just found out a really good exercise that is REALLY easy and u can do it in ur house,in ur pj's, w/out shoes, watever! K wat u do is set a timer for 20 min- 30 min. and get on a pretty tall set of stairs run up and down the stairs 5 times ( going up once the down once equals one time) then take 10 second breather do this till the timer goes off then walk up and down the stairs 5 times to cool down. |
