i am thinking about exercsing for about an hour 4 times a week, along with the slim fast diet. I usually eat alot, maybe about 1,700-2,000 calories a day and bascilly no exercise. If i have 2 of the slim fast shakes a day, and air popped popcorn with no salt or butter, and an apple for a snack and some type of chicken dinner, would I lose weight? DO THE SLIM FAST SHAKES(2 A DAY) WORK? and if so, if every sunday if i treated myself to a box of fat free ju ju bees, would i still lose weight?
