Hey if anyone has any more advice please tell! ADRIANNA I READ THE ADVICE YOU GAVE SOMEONE ELSE! i thought it was a good idea with the leg lifts, crunches, stairs, and the food plan. i started it today so lets hope the results are good! if you have anymore ideas plz tell me!!!
