i was just wondering. since im only up for like 12 hours a day and im on a 1200 calories a day diet would it be ok to eat a mcdonalds cheese burger? just one threw out the whole day. and it should equal to 1200 calories or less no? oh and im not starving my self i just usually wait 6 hours threw out the day to eat then i eat wait 6 more hours and go to sleep...i dont see nothing wrong with this...but basically what im asking is i can eat anything i want just as long as its under 1200 calories..right?
