If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Veronica, Age 17 Hi, new here. Just wondering if anyone has any exercise routines that they feel really work. I have a membership to a gym and I work out there, walk a mile, and am thinking about starting Pilates, but I'm at a lost trying to figure out how much is enough or not enough. Anybody 'experienced' :) in this department could you please help me out? Thanx |
