Ht. 5'10", Today: 185 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey folks---I'm 5'10" and weigh about 185 pounds. This, according to the BMI calculator, is 15 pounds overweight. I've really been trying to get down to 165. I'm going eat no more than 1000 calories a day, I'll run or excersize for about 20 minutes every day, and drink plenty of good ol' H2O. So tell me, if I am persistent with this, will I get down to 165 by December or January? Thanks.
