If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Chellie, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Today: 165 lb - Hey. This my first time on this site and i need some help. I have previously lost a lot of weight~about 32 pounds~by using slim fast and exercising. But that was a year ago and now i want to finesh getting to ma goal weight. A knee injury has kept me a lil bit from getting remotivated (i can't do lunges or squats and running makes my knee swell to about double the size of my other knee)but i kno that if i really want to lose the extra weight, i can do it. Plus after a summer vaction where I completely abandoned ma newly learned **good** eating habits & I am 165ish pounds now. I am only 5'5 so it really shows and i am very self concious (but i love swimming so much i get enough courage to put a swim suit on)I use to be very confidant in everything else, but that is very much detroyed since i went through depression a few years ago. That is what initally got me motivated to lose the weight i already have. I don't want to go through that again to get remotivated. I want to have a diet and exercise plan that i can stick with and enjoy. Please any1 who has any ideas reply! |
