Message Replying To From John, Age 16 Ht. 5'10", Today: 182 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys---I'm 5'10" and weigh about 182 pounds. I would really love to get down to 150 by the end of april. I have been running/walking for 20 minutes and doing around 35 sit-ups each day. I've also cut out all sugar and fried foods, and drink mostly water. So, 30 pounds in 5 months---does that sound realistic? If not, where should I be by then? Thanks. |
