Message Replying To From Cherry, Age 15 Ht. 5'8", Today: 202 lb - Go skating!! I went yesterday and really pushed myself to do it, my feet and body were killing me and it is not easy but when I got on the scale this morning I weighed 3lbs less than I had the day before and I had eaten a bunch of candy too!! Try to really use ur legs and just keep going, when u r really out of breath sit down((I went to a rink but n e where works, I am only able to go to the rink on weekends n e ways so my hood is gonna have to do during the weekdays...lol)) Try to get a friend to come with u and have races and talk to each other it is really awesome and u can get really good and show off((lol, on of the reasons I am gonna keep doing this : ) plus u can get into shape. It is cheap to go to the rink too sometimes it costs like a dollar or 2 to get in and rentals r 2.50. In 2 1/2 hrs you can burn n e where from 850-1500 calories. At my rink they play music and have sessions u can go to ((I like pop rock sessions but rap is ok it has great beats)) just skate to the music if u do decide to go to a rink, remember if u do og in ur hood then u might wanna bring a walkman or a cd player but keep it low and look out 4 cars...dont wana get hit...not a good thing...lol, I also need some weight loss buddies ((I am 5'8, and 202lbs)) I would like someone with close to the same measurments as me, if interested leave ur aim sn and I Will im u...g2g c ya!:) |
