Message Replying To From clifford, Age 15 Today: 170 lb - When I last posted that I was 175 I was wrong I didnt gain that much I am acturally only 170 so I didnt gain any weight from a week ago. Which makes me so happy. So I am gonna keep up with my workout at home since I have a week off from basketball and that includes running, pushups, crunches, streching, drinking a lot of water, and any other ideas you guys can give me on how to get in better shape for basketball season. |
