Ht. 5'5", Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey y'all I come here at least once a week to see peoples ideas on losing weight. I wouldn't say I'm really overweight but I've been called fat a lot and people have poked my "pudge". I'm 5'5 and 140lbs I would love to be 115-120lbs. About 3/4 of the girls in my class are under 120lbs, no matter wat the height. In fact my best friend is disgustingly skinny, 5'8 1/2 and 109lbs. I don't want to be that skinny I just don't like going shopping with my skinny friends and them all complaining that the size 3 is too big, when I would love to fit into a size 3. I'm a size 9. I know most of you have bigger problems then me. And I know that its only healthy to lose 2-3 lbs a week otherwise you will almost always gain your weight back quickly. So do you guys have any good tips? And also what are some good tips for flattening your stomach and how long should it take to get one? Thanks :D
