Start: 170 lb, Today: 153 lb, Goal: 130 lb - YES! ok guys- i'm inspired anew- i've just brocken through my first weight loss plateau! i was the same weight for 4 weeks and then i lost 2 pound(finally!) this week. i'm going to work really hard this week and lose 3 pounds(i know i should only be losing 2 but the key word is TRY and it'll only be for one week.) just so i can be an even 150. i can't remember when the last time was that i weight that less. for as long as i can remember i've been 165-170- even in 8th grade(i think that's when i gained all of the weight but i'm not sure). so i'm really doing it this time instead of that one day on the diet and then giving it up becasue i'm not magically skinny. lol. well- my bmi is still 26 which is just barely overweight but i want to be 130 and have a bmi of i think 23 or so. well- sorry for bragging- i'm just overly excited. good luck to all of you! we can all do this little by little- no prob!!!
