I have 2 questions~~ 1.) how come I am always hungry bu the time school lets out while no one else seems to be and I eat the same amount of food at lunch and, 2.)how come I stay fuller longer by eating protein, but get filled up faster with fruits/veggies/carbs? (well I geuss its three questions) and how can I find the right balance to fill me up and keep me satisfied and not hungry?
