Okay I know this isn't a thing to ask for help but I wanted to tell you some tips. Okay here it is do yo ever have that feeling where it is'nt meal time yet but you are really hungry and you don't want to have a huge snack. Well to help lower your hunger eat or drink citrus like ornge juice, oranges, lemonade, and lemons. Anything with citrus will help lower your hunger and myake you feel more full.
